The New Baby Bundle

The New Baby Bundle:

• Price dependant on the package which you choose at checkout, all prices are inclusive of We Present’s fee!

• Includes Complimentary Gift Wrapping & Next Day Tracked Delivery*.

• We have a 4 hour grace period once payment has been taken for a full refund to be processed.

• If you cancel the Contract after the 4 hour grace period and before the Gifting Proposals, there will be a £15 administration charge retained by We Present.

• We Present will propose two different gifting experiences based on the online form submitted & telephone consultation. Our staff will utilise their knowledge & training to create an implicit bespoke gift bundle that will emulate the brief, therefore if a Customer requests a third or forth proposal this will be chargeable at a further £10.00.

• Once the Customer has received the proposals We Present will retain 75% of the upfront cost due their ideas & hard-work being displayed to the Customer.

• Once we have ordered, made reservations or organised any element of the bespoke gifting bundle no refund can be processed.

• A two-week notice period is required for all orders, this will enable your bespoke goods to be designed, ordered & gift-wrapped, all to the highest standard.

• We Present cannot be held responsible for any mistakes or misinformation submitted on the online form by the Customer.

• *Tracked Delivery is not calculated from the day payment is taken. Tracked Delivery is calculated from the day We Present have shipped the finished bundle.
